The Use Framework revisited
A little while ago, I created a framework for performance solutions in L&D that was built around four simple questions about the problem to be solved, the people we’re creating for, the solution itself and what happens after it’s deployed.
My intent was (and still is) to bring together a lot of good work that has been done in the L&D and other fields that will help to improve the work we do.
In thinking more about the earlier version of the framework, along with feedback from others, I’ve modified it to begin with the problem, followed by the end users, then the solution itself (whatever that might be). Again, the final step is about making it available and looking at the impact.
What have I missed? What else could be added?
